Positive Sleep Environment – Music in the Nursery

For months I have promised Bill I would start authoring a multi-part series on setting up a positive sleep environment for baby, toddler and young child.

Where is the HiTech Dads technology angle you ask? Simple, environment and music.

I am convinced that having consistent sound and lighting conditions make for a very positive sleep experience for your child. Generally a positive sleep experience can lead your child to a deeper and longer sleep.

To the audience happy, I’m going to discuss devices which work on a multi-platform environment. English translation – Windows, Mac and some type of Unix (Linix/*BSD, etc.) flavor.
