A good friend of mine just launched Roxer. Roxer is a very cool site that lets you create webpages very easily and simply. Why is this cooler than the other tools out there that let you do this? It is really easy to use and you can change the layout with just a few clicks and by dragging the various boxes around. There are a number of pre-canned widgets or boxes to let you add photos and youtube videos.
If you need a web page for something Roxer is a great place to start.
