I have the same one, only not the XTi...just the XT. Got it for Christmas from my hubby (he's completely redeemed himself for all the really BAD gifts he's purchased in the last few years...and has a free pass for the next year or so!). I adore my camera and can take an average of 100 pictures every time it is in my hands. I play with the different features every day, and just LOVE what I can do with it. I've also gotten into the editing process and love playing with actions there as well. You can see some of the fun photos I took this weekend (catching bubbles actually being blown AND popping). And even though your wife might not actually like that your little one jumped on the couch, she can't argue that you took a fantastic ACTION shot! Don’t you just ADORE that camera?
