Zwaggle is a cool website that lets you trade your used baby stuff for points which you can then use to get other stuff people are trading. Most people do this informally. I have gotten boxes and bags stuffed with clothes from friends and co-workers. Expanding this out to the web is a great idea. One of those ideas that I kick myself for not thinking of!
